تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج. به ویژگی صادق بودن و حقیقت گفتن اشاره دارد. تا حد زیادی با 'veracity' قابل تعویض است وقتی به شخصیت یک فرد یا دقت یک بیانیه اشاره میکند. 'صداقت او فراتر از هر سؤالی بود' به همان خوبی 'راستی او فراتر از هر سؤالی بود' کاربرد دارد.
Common. Refers to the quality of being honest and telling the truth. Largely interchangeable with 'veracity' when referring to a person's character or a statement's accuracy. 'Her truthfulness was beyond question' works as well as 'Her veracity was beyond question'.

'The accuracy of the data' works, but 'the veracity of the data' is also common. 'The accuracy of her claim' is common, 'the veracity of her claim' is also common.
