رایج. در زمینهٔ قانونی هنگام اشاره به دستگیری توسط پلیس معادل apprehend است. 'بازداشت کردن' در زبان روزمره و رسانهها استفاده میشود.
Common. Interchangeable with 'apprehend' in legal contexts when referring to police capturing suspects. 'Arrest' is the everyday term used by police and media.
