روزمره. در انگلیسی آمریکایی معمولاً به اسکناسها 'bill' گفته میشود، مثل 'a five-dollar bill'. در بریتانیا این کاربرد رایج نیست.
Everyday. In American English, 'bill' is commonly used for banknotes of various denominations, especially smaller ones, e.g. 'a five-dollar bill.' Not interchangeable in British contexts where 'note' is standard.
رسمی/رایج. اصطلاح استاندارد بریتانیایی برای اسکناس. با 'banknote' قابل تعویض است اما کمتر رسمی است.
Formal/common. The standard British English term for banknote. Interchangeable with 'banknote' but less formal. 'Note' is not used much in American English.
