تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی/فنی. به معنای به کمال رسانده شده. در زمینههای حقوقی بسیار قابل جایگزینی است.
Formal/technical. Directly means brought to completion or perfection. Highly interchangeable in legal contexts. 'A perfected lien' is similar to 'a choate lien'.
