Common. Can often replace 'decliner' in contexts of refusal, but 'refuser' is less formal and less used in standard English dictionaries.

Uncommon/formal. Sometimes used to emphasize rejecting something actively, but may sound awkward in casual contexts.

رسمی/فنی. بیشتر در پزشکی یا اقتصاد برای نشان دادن وخامت به کار میرود ولی کمتر رایج است.
Formal/technical. Used mainly in medical or economic contexts to indicate worsening condition, but less common than 'decliner'.
