تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی/حقوقی. تا حد زیادی با 'متریمونیال' قابل جایگزینی است، به خصوص در زمینههای حقوقی یا رسمی. 'ماریتال' شاید در گفتار روزمره هنگام اشاره به وضعیت تأهل (مثلاً مشکلات زناشویی) کمی رایجتر باشد. 'متریمونیال' اغلب دارای معنای رسمیتر یا مذهبیتری است.
Formal/Legal. Largely interchangeable with 'matrimonial', especially in legal or official contexts. 'Marital' is perhaps slightly more common in everyday speech when referring to the state of being married (e.g., marital problems). 'Matrimonial' often has a slightly more formal or religious connotation.
