رسمی. بیشتر در زمینههای اخلاقی یا مذهبی برای ابراز پشیمانی واقعی به کار میرود و از remorseful رسمیتر است.
Formal. Used especially in moral or religious contexts to express sincere regret for wrongdoing; similar meaning but more formal than remorseful.
روزمره. راهی سادهتر و کمعمقتر برای ابراز تأسف است و در بافتهای غیررسمی میتواند جای remorseful را بگیرد.
