تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی/دانشگاهی. در بحث کلی علت و معلول، مانند prove causation، میتواند جایگزین شود، اما برای اشاره به یک پیوند مشخص مناسب نیست. برای مفهوم کلیتر بهکار میرود.
Formal/academic. It can replace 'causal link' when discussing the general fact of cause and effect, as in 'prove causation', but not when pointing to one particular connection. Choose it for the broader concept.
روزمره. در a connection between diet and health میتواند جایگزین شود، اما لزوماً به معنای علتبودن یک چیز برای دیگری نیست. وقتی رابطه ممکن است فقط همبستگی باشد بهکار میرود.
Everyday. It can replace the phrase in 'a connection between diet and health', but it does not necessarily mean one thing causes the other. Choose it when the relationship may only be an association.
