Technical. 'Pica' is a similar unit of type measurement used in the Anglo-American printing system, also equal to 12 points, but with a slightly different conversion to metric. Interchangeable when referring to a 12-point unit of measurement in printing, but 'cicero' is specific to the Continental European system. For example, 'The text was set in 12-point pica' (US) or 'The margin was set to one cicero' (Europe).
