متداول/فنی. اصطلاحی کلی برای ابزار بدهی صادر شده توسط دولت یا شرکت. 'Debenture' نوع خاصی از اوراق قرضه بدون وثیقه است. در حالی که همه debentureها اوراق قرضه هستند، همه اوراق قرضه debenture نیستند.
Common/Technical. A general term for a debt instrument issued by a government or company. 'Debenture' is a specific type of bond that is unsecured. While all debentures are bonds, not all bonds are debentures.
