رسمی. وقتی بحث رسمی یا مباحثه با دیدگاههای مخالف باشد جایگزین میشود. مثلاً «debate on policy» درست است اما «friendly discussion» نه.
Formal. Can replace 'discussion' when implying a formal argument or public exchange of opposing views. E.g., 'a debate on policy' works, but 'a friendly discussion' does not.
روزمره. در موقعیتهای غیررسمی قابل تعویض است، اما گستردهتر و رسمیتر از discussion نیست.
Everyday. Interchangeable in casual contexts, but 'conversation' is broader and less formal than 'discussion'. 'We had a conversation about books' works, 'formal discussion' does not.
غیررسمی. وقتی صحبت عمومی یا غیررسمی است جایگزین میشود. «Let's have a talk» مناسب است اما برای مباحثه رسمی نیست.
Informal. Can replace 'discussion' when referring to general or informal speaking. 'Let's have a talk' works, but not for formal or structured discussions.
