تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
غیررسمی/رایج. مترادف بسیار رایج و شناختهشده. 'گنجا' اغلب دارای مفهوم سنتیتر یا راسترایی است، در حالی که 'ماریجوانا' در انگلیسی مدرن عمومیتر است. 'مصرف ماریجوانا' در اکثر بافتهای غربی رایجتر از 'مصرف گنجا' است.
Informal/common. Very common and widely understood synonym. 'Ganja' often carries a more traditional or Rastafarian connotation, while 'marijuana' is more general in modern English. 'Smoking marijuana' is more common than 'smoking ganja' in most Western contexts.
غیررسمی/عامیانه. یک اصطلاح بسیار رایج و غیررسمی برای حشیش. در میان نسلهای جوانتر و در مکالمات روزمره بسیار استفاده میشود. از 'گنجا' یا 'ماریجوانا' غیررسمیتر است.
Informal/slang. A very common and informal term for cannabis. It's widely used among younger generations and in casual conversation. Less formal than 'ganja' or 'marijuana'. 'He got caught with some weed' works, 'He got caught with some ganja' works, 'He got caught with some cannabis' is formal.
