تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
کاربرد رایج. در معنی پیروی از سنت قابل تعویض است ولی orthoذdox معمولاً معنای دینی یا عقیدتی دقیق دارد و conventional ندارد.
Common usage. Interchangeable with 'orthodox' in general contexts of following tradition, but 'orthodox' often has religious or strict doctrinal implication where 'conventional' does not. E.g. 'orthodox beliefs' vs 'conventional methods'.
روزمره/رسمی. معنای مشابهی دارد ولی orthodox تأکید بیشتری روی درست بودن و رسمیت دارد.
Everyday/formal. Similar meaning emphasizing customs passed down through time. Sometimes can replace 'orthodox', but 'orthodox' stresses correctness or official approval more.
