رسمی. تقریباً قابل جایگزینی است اما اغلب در زمینههای رسمی یا حقوقی استفاده میشود؛ «او به بانک مدیون است» رسمیتر از «او به بانک پول بدهکار است» است.
Formal. Almost interchangeable but often used in more official or legal contexts; 'She is indebted to the bank' works, but sounds formal compared to 'she owes the bank money'.

Formal. Usually refers more to moral or social duty than financial debt; not interchangeable in money contexts.

رایج در زبان گفتاری و نوشتاری. برای ابراز قدردانی صریح استفاده میشود؛ گاهی جایگزین owe در بیان تشکر است.
Common in spoken and written English. Used to express thanks explicitly; can sometimes replace 'owe' when expressing gratitude.
