رایج. شخصی که چیزی دریافت میکند. 'Recipient' اصطلاح گستردهتری نسبت به 'addressee' است و میتواند به هر کسی که چیزی دریافت میکند، نه فقط نامه یا پیام، اشاره کند. Common. A person who receives something. 'Recipient' is a broader term than 'addressee' and can refer to anyone who receives anything, not just mail or messages. 'Addressee' specifically implies something directed to a named location or person. 'The recipient of the award' is common, but you wouldn't say 'the addressee of the award'. 'The addressee on the envelope' works, 'The recipient on the envelope' also works, but 'addressee' is more precise for mail.
