رسمی. وقتی بر گرفتن قانونی یا با زور تأکید میشود جایگزین مناسب است — «پلیس مظنون را توقیف کرد» میگوید، ولی «گرفتن زیبایی» نمیشود گفت.
Formal. Interchangeable with 'capture' when emphasizing legal or forceful taking — 'The police seized the suspect' works, but 'capture the beauty' does not.
روزمره. شبیه capture است اما غیررسمیتر و کلیتر است — «توپ را گرفتن» معمول است، «گرفتن توپ» رسمی است.

رسمی/متداول. وقتی هدف جلب توجه یا درگیرکردن باشد، قابل جایگزینی است — «توجه مخاطب را جلب کردن» و «مخاطب را مشغول کردن» هر دو درستاند.
Common/formal. Can replace 'capture' when focusing on attention or involvement — 'capture the audience' and 'engage the audience' both work.
متداول. معنی مشابه دارد ولی «جذب کردن» عمومیتر است؛ «گرفتن توجه» قویتر از «جذب کردن توجه» است.
Common. Similar meaning but 'attract' can be more general; 'capture attention' implies a firmer hold than 'attract attention'.
