رسمی/فنی. اشاره به بخش دلمهشده شیر قبل از تبدیل شدن به پنیر دارد. وقتی منظور پنیر رسیده باشد جایگزین نیست.
Formal/technical. Refers specifically to the coagulated part of milk before aging into cheese. Not interchangeable when referring to matured cheese.
