رایج. در موقعیتهای غیررسمی بیشتر جایگزین dye میشود اما معمولاً رنگ کردن بسیار کلی است و به پارچه محدود نیست. مثلاً color the paper استفاده میشود ولی dye the paper کمی غیرعادی است.
Common. Can replace 'dye' broadly in casual contexts but sometimes 'color' is more general and less about fabric specifically. For example, 'color the paper' works but 'dye the paper' sounds odd.

رسمی/علمی. بیشتر به ذرات رنگ طبیعی یا مصنوعی گفته میشود و معمولاً در معنی روزمره برای dye استفاده نمیشود.
Formal/scientific. Refers more to natural or artificial coloring particles, not usually in everyday use to mean 'dye'.
