خنثی/فنی. در موارد مربوط به مقدار یا منابع قابل جایگزینی است—‘surplus food’ مناسب است؛ در موارد بار منفی کمتر کاربرد دارد.
Neutral/technical. Interchangeable in contexts involving quantities or resources—’surplus food’ works well; less suitable when stressing negative connotations.
رسمی/آکادمیک. برای تأکید بر مقدار بسیار زیاد و غالباً مشکلآفرین، به ویژه در متون علمی یا ادبی. کمتر در گفتار روزمره استفاده میشود.
Formal/academic. Used to emphasize a very large, often problematic amount, especially in scientific or literary texts. Less common in everyday speech.
