تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
فنی/زمینشناسی. 'Nodules' تودههای کوچک، گرد و معمولاً نامنظم هستند. ژئودها نوع خاصی از گرهکها با فضای داخلی توخالی و پوشیده از کریستال هستند.
Technical/geological. 'Nodules' are small, rounded, usually irregular growths or masses. Geodes are a specific type of nodule with a hollow, crystal-lined interior. All geodes are nodules, but not all nodules are geodes. You might find 'iron nodules' or 'chert nodules' that are not hollow.
