تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
فنی. به یک صخره مرجانی حلقوی شکل، جزیره یا مجموعهای از جزیرههای کوچک اطراف یک تالاب اشاره دارد. یک نوع خاص از جزیره است. با همه انواع جزایر قابل تعویض نیست.
Technical. Refers to a ring-shaped coral reef, island, or series of islets surrounding a lagoon. A specific type of island. Not interchangeable with all types of islands.

رسمی/فنی. به سرزمینی، یا گروهی از مردم، از نظر فرهنگی یا قومی متمایز، که توسط یک قلمرو خارجی یا یک جامعه میزبان بزرگتر احاطه شده است، اشاره دارد. زمانی که بر یک گروه متمایز، اغلب منزوی در یک زمینه بزرگتر تأکید میشود، قابل تعویض است.
Formal/technical. Refers to a territory, or a group of people, culturally or ethnically distinct, that is surrounded by a foreign territory or by a larger host society. Interchangeable when emphasizing a distinct, often isolated group within a larger context.

Informal. Often used metaphorically to refer to small, isolated areas of something different within a larger context. 'Pockets of resistance' or 'pockets of poverty'. Interchangeable when referring to small, distinct areas.
