تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج. وضعیت اموری که باید وجود داشته باشد یا برآورده شود. بسیار قابل تعویض است، زیرا 'stipulations' اساساً شرایط خاصی هستند. 'شرایط قرارداد' در مقابل 'مقررات قرارداد'.
Common. A state of affairs that must exist or be met. Highly interchangeable, as 'stipulations' are essentially specific conditions. 'The conditions of the contract' vs. 'the stipulations of the contract'.
رسمی/حقوقی. بندی در یک سند حقوقی، قانون و غیره که برای یک موضوع خاص پیشبینی شده است. در زمینههای حقوقی و رسمی که به بندها یا اصطلاحات خاص اشاره میشود، قابل تعویض است. 'مفاد قانون' در مقابل 'شروط قانون'.
Formal/legal. A clause in a legal instrument, a law, etc., providing for a particular matter. Interchangeable in legal and formal contexts where specific clauses or terms are being referred to. 'The provisions of the law' vs. 'the stipulations of the law'.
