تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
متداول. به کسی اشاره دارد که مرتکب جرم یا عمل غیرقانونی میشود. 'مجرم سابقه دار' رایج است. در حالی که مجرم یک متجاوز است، 'transgressor' میتواند به مرزهای اخلاقی یا اجتماعی نیز اعمال شود، نه فقط مرزهای قانونی.
Common. Refers to someone who commits a crime or illegal act. 'A repeat offender' is common. While an offender is a transgressor, 'transgressor' can apply to moral or social boundaries, not just legal ones.
مذهبی/ادبی. کسی که مرتکب عملی میشود که گناه محسوب میشود، معمولاً در زمینه مذهبی. 'گناهان ما را ببخش' یک عبارت رایج است. 'Transgressor' یک اصطلاح خنثیتر است و لزوماً به باور مذهبی گره خورده نیست.
Religious/Literary. Someone who commits an act considered to be a sin, usually in a religious context. 'Forgive us our sins' is a common phrase. 'Transgressor' is a more neutral term and not necessarily tied to religious belief.
