رسمی/متداول. وقتی حس آرامش و باور مثبت به خود مدنظر است، جایگزین confidence میشود. مثلاً «با اطمینان صحبت کرد». در مکالمههای معمولی درباره اعتماد کلی کمتر کاربرد دارد.
Formal/common. Can replace 'confidence' when emphasizing a calm and positive belief in oneself; e.g., 'She spoke with self-assurance.' Works less in casual talk about general trust.
رسمی/روانشناسی. بیشتر درباره ارزش کلی فرد است تا اعتماد آنی. همیشه جایگزین 'confidence' نیست؛ خودباوری گستردهتر و بلندمدتتر است.
