رسمی/غیررسمی. وقتی تاکید بر بینظمی کامل باشد جایگزین disorder میشود؛ مثلاً «اتاق در هرجومرج بود» ولی در زمینه پزشکی به کار نمیرود.
Formal/informal. Can replace 'disorder' when emphasizing complete confusion, e.g. 'the room was in chaos', but not for medical contexts.
روزمره/غیررسمی. در مکالمات روزمره به جای disorder فیزیکی استفاده میشود، ولی در معانی پزشکی یا رسمی کاربرد ندارد.
Informal/everyday. Interchangeable in casual contexts about physical untidiness, e.g. 'your desk is a mess', but not in clinical or abstract senses.

Everyday/formal. Can sometimes replace disorder when referring to lack of clarity or understanding, e.g. 'there was confusion about the schedule', but not for physical disarray.
روزمره/رسمی. به معنی بیماری کلی است اما disorder مخصوص اختلالات خاص است.
Everyday/formal. Similar meaning but 'illness' is more general and can refer to any sickness, whereas 'disorder' often implies specific dysfunctions.
رسمی/پزشکی. در برخی موارد مشابه disorder است ولی disease معمولاً بیماری مشخص عفونی یا آسیب شناسی دارد.
Formal/medical. Interchangeable with 'disorder' medically in some contexts, but disease often implies an infectious or pathological condition.
