رایج. وقتی درباره مرزها یا کنارهها صحبت میشود قابلجایگزینی است، اما extremes معمولاً شدت یا درجه بالاتری را نشان میدهد.
Common. Can replace 'extremes' when talking about boundaries or edges, but 'extremes' often implies a stronger intensity or degree — 'the extremes of temperature' vs. 'the limits of the table'.
غیررسمی یا مجازی. برای اشاره به دو سر یا دو قطب مخالف به کار میرود ولی برای مقیاسهای فیزیکی استفاده نمیشود.
Informal or figurative. Used metaphorically to denote two opposite ends or extremes, such as in opinions or positions, but not for physical measurements.
