تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی/اداری. به چیزی اطلاق میشود که به صورت فیزیکی داخل یک پاکت یا بسته قرار داده شده باشد. در مکاتبات رسمی اغلب قابل تعویض هستند، اما 'herewith' بر عمل ارسال یا ارائه تاکید دارد. 'Please find the report enclosed' درست است، 'Herewith, I send the report' نیز درست است.
Formal/official. Refers to something physically put inside an envelope or package. Can often be used interchangeably in written communication, but 'herewith' emphasizes the act of sending or presenting. 'Please find the report enclosed' works, 'Herewith, I send the report' works.
رایج/فنی (مخصوصاً دیجیتال). به فایلی که به ایمیل یا سند دیجیتال اضافه شده باشد اطلاق میشود. در بافت دیجیتال قابل تعویض است. 'Please see the attached file' درست است، 'Herewith, the file is available' برای پیوستهای دیجیتال کمتر رایج است.
Common/technical (especially digital). Refers to a file added to an email or digital document. Can be used similarly in digital contexts. 'Please see the attached file' works, 'Herewith, the file is available' is less common for digital attachments.
