تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
غیررسمی. وقتی اطلاعات به صورت مخفیانه یا پنهانی پخش میشود، قابل تعویض است. 'زیر لب گفته شد که...' درست است، اما اشاره به رازداری بیشتری نسبت به rumoured دارد.
Informal. Interchangeable when the information is spread discreetly or secretly. 'It was whispered that...' works, but implies more secrecy than 'rumoured'.
رسمی. به معنای نظریه یا حدس بدون مدرک محکم است، شبیه به شایعه اما اغلب با وزن فکری یا بحث بیشتر. 'حدس زده شد که...' درست است.
Formal. Implies a theory or conjecture without solid evidence, similar to a rumour but often with more intellectual weight or discussion. 'It was speculated that...' works.
