رایج/رسمی. هنگام بیان کاهش تدریجی یا بدتر شدن جایگزین deterioration میشود. 'کاهش سلامت' مناسب است ولی deterioration رسمیتر است. معمولاً در زمینههای پزشکی یا رسمی استفاده میشود.
Common/formal. Can replace deterioration when describing a gradual reduction or worsening — 'decline in health' works, but 'deterioration in health' sounds more clinical. Often used in formal or medical contexts.
رایج/غیررسمی. معمولاً به پوسیدگی یا فساد فیزیکی اشاره دارد، به خصوص زیستی یا مواد. وقتی منظور خراب شدن فیزیکی است، میتواند جایگزین deterioration شود.
Common/informal. Often refers to physical rotting or breaking down, especially biological or material decay — can replace deterioration when meaning physical degradation, e.g. 'decay of teeth'.
