درخواست جدی و صمیمانهای که از کسی میشود.
A serious and sincere request or plea made to someone.
«او از قاضی درخواست ترحم کرد.»
“She made an entreaty to the judge for mercy.”
«التماس او همه را ترغیب به کمک کرد.»
“His entreaty moved everyone to help.”
رسمی است. در درخواستهای جدی کاربرد دارد مثل «التماس برای کمک». بیشتر در زمینههای حقوقی یا احساسی به کار میرود.
Formal. Interchangeable in serious requests, e.g. 'a plea for help'. Used more in legal or emotional contexts.
رایج و رسمی است. وقتی درخواست کمک میکنیم به کار میرود مثلا «درخواست از دولت». معمولاً رسمیتر از entreaty است.
Common and formal. Used when asking for help or support, e.g. 'an appeal to the government'. Generally more formal than entreaty.
