رسمی. به شخصی گفته میشود که در دادگاهها، از جمله دادگاههای عالی، قضاوت میکند؛ در حالی که magistrate معمولاً به دادگاههای پایینتر مربوط است. judge کلمهای کلیتر و رسمیتر است.
Formal. Refers specifically to a person who presides over a court, including higher courts, while 'magistrate' often relates to lower courts. 'Judge' is broader and more formal.
