«بیان قاطع او مبنی بر موفقیت پروژه قانعکننده بود.»
“Her assertion that the project would succeed was convincing.”
«وکیل ادعای بیگناهی کرد.»
“The lawyer made an assertion of innocence.”
متداول/غیررسمی. وقتی به بیان یک باور اشاره دارد جایگزینپذیر است ولی claim ممکن است دلالت بر عدم اثبات داشته باشد؛ assertion قویتر و رسمیتر است.
Common/informal. Interchangeable when stating a belief, but 'claim' can imply lack of proof; 'assertion' is stronger and more formal.
رسمی/متداول. در موقعیتهای رسمی که به بیان واضح اشاره دارد جایگزین است ولی بیان کلیتر و کمقدرتتر است.
Common/formal. Can replace 'assertion' in formal contexts referring to a clear expression, but 'statement' is broader and less forceful.
