متداول. در بسیاری موارد به معنای زمین سنگلاخی قابل تعویض است، اما rocky کلیتر و کمتر شیبدارتر است. مثلا rocky hill و craggy cliff متفاوتاند.
Common. Interchangeable in many contexts describing terrain covered with rocks, but 'rocky' is more general and less steep or dramatic than 'craggy'. For example, 'rocky hill' vs 'craggy cliff'.
متداول. وقتی به زمین ناهموار یا زبر اشاره میکند قابل تعویض با craggy است، ولی rugged همچنین به استحکام و دوام اشاره دارد. مثلا rugged coastline مناسب است.
