رسمی/حقوقی. بسیار شبیه و اغلب با 'decedent' در متون حقوقی و رسمی قابل جایگزینی است. 'متوفی' یک روش رایج برای اشاره به کسی است که فوت کرده است. 'اموال متوفی' درست است.
Formal/legal. Very similar and often interchangeable with 'decedent' in legal and official contexts. 'The deceased' is a common way to refer to someone who has died. 'The decedent's estate' works.
رسمی/ادبی. اغلب به صورت کنایهآمیز یا با لحنی محترمانهتر و کمی ملایمتر از 'decedent' یا 'deceased' استفاده میشود. 'عزیز سفرکرده ما' درست است.
Formal/literary. Often used euphemistically or with a more respectful, somewhat softer tone than 'decedent' or 'deceased'. 'Our dear departed' works.
