تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج. وقتی منظور تکرار مستقیم باشد جایگزین است، اما برای بیان دوباره با تغییر جمله کار نمیکند.
Common. Interchangeable when emphasizing saying again literally — 'repeat the instructions' works, but not for rephrasing. Used for exact repeats.
رسمی. برای بیان همان مطلب با کلمات دیگر استفاده میشود و دقیقاً مانند restate است، رسمیتر.
Formal. Used when re-expressing in different words, similar to restate. 'Paraphrase the sentence' works well; more formal than 'restate'.
