رایج. معمولاً هنگام رسیدن به اهداف با succeed قابل تعویض است، اما achieve بیشتر روی دستاورد تأکید میکند و succeed روی موفقیت در رقابت یا تلاش. مثال: «او به اهدافش دست یافت» و «او در اهدافش موفق شد» هر دو طبیعیاند.
Common. Often interchangeable with 'succeed' when talking about reaching goals, but 'achieve' focuses more on accomplishment, 'succeed' emphasizes success in competition or effort. For example, 'She achieved her targets' and 'She succeeded in her goals' are both natural.
رسمی/ادبی. عمدتاً برای موفقیتهای برجسته یا عمومی به کار میرود و نسبت به succeed کمتر رایج است. «او بر سختیها غلبه کرد» با triumph دراماتیکتر از succeed است.
Formal/literary. Used mainly for notable or very public successes, less common in everyday speech compared to 'succeed'. 'He triumphed over adversity' sounds more dramatic than 'He succeeded over adversity'.

رایج. در جایگزینی با succeed برای جایگزینی یا پیروی در مقامها کاربرد دارد، مثلاً «او به عنوان مدیرعامل جای پدرش را گرفت». اما succeed رسمیتر و خاصتر است.
Common. Can replace 'succeed' in contexts of taking a place or role after someone, e.g. 'He followed his father as CEO.' However, 'succeed' is more formal and specific to roles or titles.
رسمی. تأکید روی دریافت ملک، عنوان یا مقام به صورت قانونی یا عرفی، اغلب پس از مرگ. در معنای کلی جایگزین succeed نیست ولی در متون حقوقی یا سلطنتی مشترک است.
