رایج. عمل نشان دادن چیزی بزرگتر، بهتر یا بدتر از آنچه واقعاً هست. زمانی که 'overemphasis' به معنای مهمتر جلوه دادن چیزی بیش از حد واقعیت باشد، قابل تعویض است.
Common. The act of representing something as larger, better, or worse than it really is. Can be interchangeable when 'overemphasis' means making something seem more important than it truly is.
رسمی/ادبی. اظهارات یا ادعاهای اغراقآمیز که قرار نیست به معنای واقعی کلمه در نظر گرفته شوند. زمانی که تاکید آنقدر زیاد است که تبدیل به گزافهگویی میشود، شبیه 'overemphasis' است.
Formal/Literary. Exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally. It is similar in meaning to overemphasis when the emphasis is so great it becomes an overstatement.
