Formal. Emphasizes clarity and precision in pronunciation or speech, often in a formal setting. 'The speaker enunciated each word clearly' works. Can also mean to state a theory or principle clearly.

Common. A general term for conveying thoughts, feelings, or ideas. Broader in meaning than 'articulates' as it doesn't always imply fluency or coherence. 'She expressed her joy' works, 'He expressed his opinion' also works.

رسمی/ادبی. به معنای بیان قدرتمند، متقاعدکننده و زیبا است. اغلب برای سخنرانان یا نویسندگانی استفاده میشود که میتوانند احساسات را برانگیزند یا دیگران را متقاعد کنند. 'یک سخنران فصیح' درست است، 'سخنرانی فصیح او حضار را تحت تأثیر قرار داد' نیز درست است.
Formal/Literary. Implies powerful, persuasive, and graceful expression. Often used for speakers or writers who can stir emotions or convince others. 'An eloquent speaker' works, 'Her eloquent speech moved the audience' also works.
