Formal. Similar in meaning but more often used for shapes, images, or information rather than physical bending. 'Distort a shape' works, but 'distort a wooden board' is less common.
روزمره. در اشاره به خم شدن یا چرخیدن فیزیکی میتواند جایگزین warp شود.
Everyday. Can replace warp when referring to physical bending or turning, e.g. a twisted rope instead of a warped one. Not always interchangeable when warp implies heat or moisture effect.
